In accordance with Law-RI No.20 Th.2003 on National Education System (SISDIKNAS) in Section 19 paragraph (2) that "Higher Education organized by the Open Systems". MH UNKRIS Jakarta organized Graduate / Master Program with the flexibility of choice in college so it does not interfere with work schedules (for those who already work) and also implement SOCIAL COMMITMENT.
